Each of these articles explains one of the urban and environmental rights which are critically important to democratizing and strengthening Egypt’s cities and communities. Some of them are already enshrined in the Egyptian Constitution or international human rights conventions. TADAMUN believes that reclaiming and deepening Egypt’s commitment to fulfill, protect, and respect these rights would democratize urban governance and build a more equitable and inclusive city.
